Coconut Dulce De Leche Ice Cream
I love ice cream so I’m constantly making up new flavours, this is one of them and it was a big success.
Ingredients:
- 1 can coconut milk, (unsweetened)
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup toasted coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk to make Dulce de Leche
Beat the summer heat with a mouth-watering ice cream for dessert!
