Ice Cream Crunch Bars
Awesome dessert and great looking on the plate. Real winner here.
Ingredients:
- 50 vanilla Wafers, finely crushed
- 1 cup finely chopped toasted pecans
- 1 cup coconut toasted
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream softened
- 1 pint chocolate ice cream softened
Beat the summer heat with a mouth-watering ice cream for dessert!
