Mint Ice Cream

Ingredients:
- 1 pint (2 cups) heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh chopped mint
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. mint extract
